It's a nice drawing, although I feel that there is a lot unnecessary smudging! I personally feel that you could have created a much nicer effect through shading lightly. Perhaps practice shading through different tones to help yourself achieve this?
I like the nose and lips and the hand that's drifting off to the side, the eyes however give the same impact. You could try taking off the heavy lines. This can be done by using the "pressure" effect - you basically press on with the pencil to get a smooth line, but take it off slightly to give off the effect of a much lighter line, without shading anything in!
The hair, I feel you could use the pressure effect on too - as it would look a lot more fluid and life-like with hair that ends in a soft edge.
Overall, I feel that it's a good piece - but could be improved with further work!
