I wanted an alt like this in Pokemon Masters EX, where Wallace would have a sync pair with Gyarados in his costume attire

The gyarados is obviously female, and can mega evolve

Seriously why isn't he even considered a champion? Maybe it's my bias but Emerald was my first ever pokemon game outside of the card games I used to play with my brother lmao

Come to think of it, I do think the costume would also suit Lanturn due to the colors, but welp I like Gyarados more lol
