I sketched up this guy in school last week and I thought, yeah this makes an interesting enough character to be made official XD

I got a few more in there so maybe I play around with those designs before I make refs for them too.

But in a nutshell:
Milky is an exclusive blend of milk with a sort of magical dust, making his milk look like a galaxy. Unfortunately this makes him extremely drowsy and a narcoleptic, Falling asleep at random times and generally making him tired and worn out fast.
No form of medication is able to help him with his narcolepsy, only those able to keep him awake.

This magical dust not only gives his milk the nebula look. When asleep, his dreams can manifest and form from it to make viewable objects and beings.
They can interact with the environment and be anything Milky thinks of. But he cannot remember what he thought of after he wakes up.
This as well may give him the habit of sleep talking and sleep walking.

Though aside from the sleep condition, he is actually a nice guy. Often sounding like that fun drunk guy at the club and acting a little more energetic and happy when he has the energy to do so. His speech is often slurred but he tries his best to make them sound coherent.
