Description
I redesigned Ultimate Grey Matter because I'm not a big fan of the one from the show. In this evolution, Galvans evolved into more aquatic beings. He is now about the size of Echo Echo.1) Skilled swimmer.
2) Regains previous abilities.
3) Intelligence is slightly increased.
4) Fairly stronger than before.
5) Can survive underwater for hours.
6) Set of razor teeth which can be used in battle.
7) Can open up its mouth like Ult. Spidermonkey (vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/b… ) and blast out galeforce winds.
8) Capable of limited gliding.

Another redesign/redesign-related request. The one from the show can be the EVIL variant, and the HERO variant can be based on these: vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/b… (for the body, with the body being slightly bulkier, and symbol placement, symbol being on the wrist) and vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/b… / vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/b… (for the uniform and bulkiness, minus shades and chin)
This request could also be the Ultimate Grey Matter for my Ultimatrix Recalibration.

Ya know, seeing how Galvan's are a frog-like race, I actually see this version of an Ultimate Evolution being more plausible than the official one.
That's not to say I don't LIKE the official one, I DO, but this is still an interesting diversion.
