This picture was taken on the colorful festival of Holi. The festival of Holi is celebrated on the day after the full moon in early March every year. It is also called the Festival of Colours. On this day people Throw colors at each other. This festival occurs at the onset of spring. It is India’s most celebrated festival along with Diwali.The boy had the most amazing eyes i've ever seen. With big, beautiful, bright-white eyes popping from red colored face, I just couldn't resist myself and grabbed the opportunity to take this memorable portrait.

To my mind, this picture is notable for, more than anything else, its mood. The impish grin of the boy, plus the hot red-chilli colour he is doused in, warrants him every bit the title "Little Devil".... Endearingly, of course. LOL.
