Now this is a very nice photo.
I really enjoy the movement of the water as well as the contrast between the rocks and the rest of the image is very nice.
The sky is a little light, but with the dark rocks it is hard to capture a photo without compromising either the dark or light parts of the photo. I like how you made that compromise in this photo it really works well with the image, making it a beautiful scene.
The composition is very nice, the ocean can be seen through the arch in the rocks and the rocks themselves make a very interesting element. Very nice work.
