We had 24 hour nonstop snow storm on the second day in Tombstone. It turned out that winter arrived Yukon two weeks early (which means we missed red tundra Fall colors by two weeks). The good thing is the storm decorates Mount Monolith pretty nicely. The morning when I shot this was extremely cold. My tripod legs were frozen and could not be extended. I ended up had to boil water and pour it before going out shooting. I was able to extend and set up my tripod once. But the temperature was so cold that it refreeze pretty quickly. It was getting worse actually haha.Lesson learned

I can't believe it's already getting so cold! It's kinda sad, but that's the way things are. It's only December and where I come from, it feels like what would be winter in Texas. I already wanna wear my good autumn/spring coat, a nice hat, gloves and scarf.

Wonderful
The landscape and colors lure you into an enchanting, complex existence. A lure one cannot resist. It makes me want to go for a hike!
