Yes... this is what happens when I get bored whilst being busy.So, I'm sorry for the lack of activity... life, y'know. It's quite a bitch sometimes. And since life's decided to fart all sorts of busy in my face, art and updates just skip my mind sometimes...

Well, it's clearly Pokémon... and clearly it's silly. So there must be a story.

I was reading some Pokémon theories (no judge plz) and one of the most popular ones seemed to revolve around who is really Team Rocket baddie, Giovanni's son.
In the canon, Silver is actually shown to be Giovanni's son. So, yeah... canon. But in the first season of the anime, it was really hinted that Ash was Giovanni's son. From subtle things like how his mom mentions his dad going on a Pokémon journey long ago, but he's never seen or heard from ever again. And, Giovanni seems to hold a certain respect for Ash when the two meet, despite how much of a failcow Ash is (sorry, he is.)
Obviously, I just looked at it and said, "WHY NOT BOTH?"
I know this is NEVER going to be mentioned in the show since Silver has never even appeared in the canon anime and since Team Rocket's kinda gone PFFT as the show's progressed...
I never watched much of it after Johto so I don't give a shit...
Because both boys have different moms, it's safe to assume Mr. Giovanni got around an awful lot.
It certainly is a lot less disgusting to assume that Giovanni was a pimp than trying to unsee the anime's implied relationship between Ash's mom and Professor Oak...

There is this Pokemon fanfic called Speak Up. It tells the story of Red and why he couldn't Speak. Also, in Chapter 39, it is revealed that Red is the son of Giovanni, making Red the half-brother of Silver. In order to get there, go to Google, then type on the title bar, Pokemon fanfic: Speak Up, next click Search, then once you see the fanfic then click it. Next, find the chapter Viridian City 2. Finally, read that chapter 39.

How is it that Ash is the half-brother of Anime Silver, Ash is the counterpart of Red and Ash is based on Red (supposed to be Ash). Red and Ash have a some similarities with Red like: both of them live in Pallet Town, both of them have Pikachu, both of them have rival (Red for Blue, Ash for Gary). In fact, Red was supposed to be Ash in Gold and Silver but they changed it to Red for some unknown and (probably stupid reason). Also, Ash designed is based on Red but with a recolored jacket, a different hat and a z markings on his face. And Ash(Red) being Silver's half-brother is kinda makes me think that Red is the half-brother of Silver in games.

Did you know that according the 1997 phamplet of Gold and Silver, Red was supposed to be Ash in the games, as, evidence in the sprite of Red being more like Ash. However, this was discarded in the games, as they change the name of Ash to Red and they became separated characters (thought, some believe that Ash and Red are the same person while others says they are the same characters). Had the creators kept the Ash in the games, then Red would have been the same place as Ash. Second, Red would have been Ash. Blue would have been named Gary. Silver would have been Kamon. Finally, Game Ash(Red) is the half-brother of Kamon(Silver).

This is one of my favorite theories and your comic says it all. I have always absolutely lived the idea of Ash and Silver being brothers, but most of the art and fanfics for them are violent and rated M.

I'd say more relation to Red than Ash. Even in the game, Giovanni's henchmen even asked if he was Giovanni's son and then quickly dismissed the idea after remembering Silver as Giovanni's son.
