Me: Ma'am, did you know that Broderick/Edolie has a wonderful plan for your life?
Woman: REALLY?

In case you couldn't tell by that lulzy statement... the previous image of my story characters was all a well elaborated April Fool's Gag I'd been plotting for a couple months! THAT'S the reason I didn't draw any OUaW art... I was waiting, so when I sprung this gag, you all would buy my BS idea to randomly rewrite everything!

And you guys DID buy it! I was actually shocked. I've never been a very good liar... so I thought a few of you would've cried "LIES!!" But when you all didn't, I realized how epic win my joke was. (I did check the comments peeps... even though I wasn't replying. )

Brainstorming... I crack me up!

The reason I came up with the idea was because my sisters and I have had a long running joke that by the end, Edolie SOMEHOW rejects Darryn and goes with Broderick.

No, I'm not going to make Broderick and Edolie wind up together... in the original idea, it worked, but that was because he was an entirely different character then.

And no, Darryn is not going to fall in love with Wilona. While it's true that she does have a crush on him, he does not return the sentiment... he loves Edolie 100% and Wilona's understanding of this. She still ends up getting geeky little Broderick and has a happy ending with him. (How could I betray those two? Come on guys! They were the Jessica/Roger Rabbit of the story for gosh sakes!)

Now, I wasn't joking when I said I was making some changes, but the keyword here is "some." I'm not going to do anything THIS drastic...

The idea changes I've been debating for a while are the following...

Whether or not Barclay should have a change of heart and help them in stopping Blagden... I think I might... after all, Barclay's nowhere near as evil as his foster father, and therefore could have some redeeming qualities when he realizes it's not all about him.

Whether or not Wilona should actually remain in her human type form when she's with Broderick. I think I'm gonna make her stay in her human type form. Remember, she isn't human anyway, so she and he can reproduce either way. Plus, it'd be kinda cool if they had awesome shapeshifting babies... give a whole new level of awesome to Broderick's species.

And whether or not Landon should get his right arm back when Wilona's huge stream of healing covers the group. Note: It's supposed to heal all of them to some degree, so I'm probably gonna make it regenerate Landon's lost arm.

Anyhoo... those are the potential changes... nothing more as of now, and nothing less.

P.S., As for the whole DA icons thing... they did the same sort of thing a couple years back, (only with that mudkip icon) so it's pretty much old news for me. My joke was better, if I do say so myself...
