Let Tokka Week begin!!!This is dedicated to (my boyfriend) as part of his prize for winning in my most recent contest.
I'm very happy with how this turned out. I colored it all blue...except for the carved stone on Toph's betrothal necklace so it would stand out (since betrothal is the theme).
