stunning simplicity of the Outside tumbling in across a manmade barrier made feeble by the force of nature ! I do so respond to the elegance and economy of your images .
My first plan many many moons ago, to go see the northern lights was to visit Kiruna. Today I am back in a grey and rainy london having returned from Porjus last night. I was lucky enough to witness the aurora from an enormous frozen river tramping up and down skidoo trails.Today more than anything i am holding inside me the gobsmacking magnifence of starry skies and the phenomenal and ever changing light and weird light reflecting from snow, darkness to lead you off the edge of the earth and in daytime luminous lilac blue shadows and silver birches globbed with snow and their branches arched over and going downwards like roots, waiting for spring. Oh the huge space and silence .... i guess most of me is still there !
Hope the exhibition was rewarding !
