I made these fan made teasers for the announced new Marvel movies in the next couple years. I envisioned Apocalypse as a good enemy to fulfill this grim title. They were done in haste, so don't judge too harshly please, enjoy!Planet: [link]

The funny thing about this is Apocalypse actually faces a young Thor in the past in one of the Uncanny Avengers comics. In the first round Thor gets his butt wipped but then in the second round of the fight Thor kills his four horsemen and nearly slices Apocalypse open with an axe and sends the punk running away with his tail between his legs. And that was before he got his hammer. Thor's a badass.

I'll try not to be too harsh but the idea of Apocalypse being in the Thor movie makes no sense. Have they ever faced off in the comics? Not that I ever heard of. Apocalypse is associated with the X-men

That's no problem. If you give Apocalypse the proper reason to fight Thor, he'd do it . Besides it'd be good for his resume

I know, but I couldn't find a good representation of Surtur so I went with Apocalypse instead. I may amend this if/when I can find a good replacement.

I suppose you could use the Balrog from LotR or Darkness from Legend. With the right touch up they'd make a good Surtur substitute
