Item that if damage is powerful from the start the pokemon who holds it saves 1Hp from that item...
plus there are a few moves that makes Focus Sash useless...

first fly to pal park and go left and go up until you see a house and talk to the old man and he'll tell you about a number.
the first time will be a LV 83 any pokemon
however the old man will changes his numbers everyday and get it right you'll get a focus sash or a black belt.

Hah! He's mines too! I try drawing him a lot though I have a really hard time drawing him from behind because Im not really sure what he looks like from that angle and I've tried looking for refs on the net and found none.

The only thing that could change a bit is the left arm. The blade makes it look attached to the body at first glance, maybe angle the arm a bit more/less?
