This is a stunning shot.
I think you've really emphasised what she stands for there... or rather, you've made the concept and the background behind it more known. We get a great sense of justice or some sort of... rebellion, pride, belief... and I think that is more powerfully conveyed to us through the clarity and the strong contrast.
The lighting is fantastic and the colours are great as well. I really like how the low saturation influences the atmosphere and mood to make it all the more greater, especially in concern with the impact and all.
The positioning is pretty cool... I like how you've off-centred it for more of an effect. I don't think I have any suggestions other than it wouldn't hurt to have moved the camera slightly more to the left.
Nothing major, anyway.

Ah! I love the light! And I really like the clouds too but I know you didn't have any control over that. I also like how the sun isn't too overexposed. That's pretty hard to capture the sun without turning half of the picture into a giant white blob. So! Good technical skills there.
