Barrett M95
A bolt-action, bullpup version of the famous M82 Anti-Materiel rifle, designed to be smaller and lighter than it's older brother. It features a bullpup configuration for reduced length and bolt-action instead of semi-automatic firing for reduced recoil and weight. Despite winning the original competition to become the US Army's Anti-Materiel rifle, it was ultimately rejected in favor of the M82, that went on to become the M107.

why would anyone need a bolt action and or bullpup version of the M82?

By the reasons stated in the description:
It's lighter and shorter.

The M82A1Β is 140cm, while the M95Β is 114cm. M82A1 14 kg while the M95 is 10.7 kg. Furthermore bolt action has more controllable recoil then the semi-automatic action of the M82A1.
This is using the normal barrel, you can make the M82A1 shorter and lighter using the short barrel, but you lose round power by doing that.
