Why did they made the magazine so curved?Modern Warfare 3 was made by Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games.
Norinco QBZ-97
An export version of the PLA QBZ-95 assault rifle chambered for 5.56x45mm NATO rounds. It also features a deeper magazine well to accept STANAG magazines. It is currently in service with the Ghingis Academy private security group.

wait...if its full auto, why is it 3 round burst ingame? maybe because ti replaced MW2s famas?

They intended it to be a QBZ-95, which is why it's called Type 95 ingame. It also has "95" markings on it, despite being modelled off a QBZ-97.
The FAMAS replacement thing is also probably true.
