I got this idea from the episode "Featherwand", where you see Bluey with toothpaste all over her mouth.

Of course, the toothpaste makes it look more like she's foaming at the mouth like she has rabies, so that's where this scene got made.

I doubt rabies would be appropriate for a preschooler's show, but i can still imagine an episode where Bluey pretends to have rabies and acts vicious, scaring her family.
