Description
This is my first attempt at turning a character into a pixel.I got this picture from the net and got the base from here .
It's her Chii base. If it isn't there, then it's on her website.
Well? Whadda ya think?
(I don't even watch Chobits or nothing, just thought that she was cute.
Anyways, awesome!

Well, I found the picture on the left on the internet and used that for help.
I then drew the basic outline of the dress first with the darkest colour...
I coloured it in completely with a neutral shade then I added in shadows where I thought there would be some.
I zoomed out, and if it didn't look right, I editted it.
The hair was easier.
I did the same-ish.
Outline, then did gradual shading untilI reached the highlights.
I guess you need to understand basic shading... Dunno! I'm not a pro!

I used Paint.
I don't have a tutorial yet, but I plan on making one eventually.
I don't know how to make a tutorial though... I need a tutorial on tutorial's!
