That is seriously the best Specter cosplay I have ever seen. How did she do dat hair!? Must be using the same hair del as Kei, I presume.
Cinema-Cradle should try Specter's other outfits from Million Monkeys, Ape Escape 1 and 2, and the anime, along with Dat hair.

Seconded that 8'D Lucy styled that wig with using hairspray and a hairdryer but I am not gonna explain this further because it's too long story to be told right now :'D
And that wig is actually made the same way as Satoru's hair since Lucy styled my Ninja!Satoru cosplay's wig as well (still need to take photos of that one)
And she was actually talking about doing the AE2 version of Specter at some point because the outfit is pretty easy to do
