Description Ever wondered what moss looks like up close?

I find most of the tiny mushrooms here, in patches of moss.

If you look a little closer, you might find waterbears...

I have never heard of them before - how fascinating. My dad says he has seen them before.. but i have to find out more. Too bad i don't have a microscope - i do have other fungi pictures with bugs on them too- i will link you to the one that there is a small chance of being a water bear.

Wow!! How do you do these close-ups? Mine don't get so nice... often unfocused... Can you give me a hint?

A good camera helps a lot.. also a small aperture (causing less of the picture in focus behind the subject), will make what is in focus stand out, and look sharper.

It is, takes good shots and still is small and handy... Anc it works with normal accumulators. I find that very positive!
