SHE SPEAKS!I don't 100% agree with the idea her of being a complete goofball. My head canon is that she has some sort of glasses to correct her eyesight. Her cutie mark (bubbles) represents being spontaneous and having fun, even if there are those who look down on her. Hail to the Derp! Hope to see her in future episodes.
