There's multiple ways to show motion. The most often used technique would be speed lines, which are moving in the opposite direction of an object. The fabric too should also move in the opposite direction. Reimu's cuffs should show that it's moving, just make it move away from her hand.
You can also add blurs (a faint mirror image of before the object move), or v-teeth (the faster the object is moving, the longer the v-teeth should be.

I guess the speed line thingy is the easiest to do. Sometimes, I'm afraid of adding too many or it might ruin the image. But too few doesn't look that good either. xD
fabric moving in the opposite direction was a good tip, though. I haven't thought of that very much. Thanks! xD
The app had no blurring tool, so I tried the alternative of using the spray tool to try make a blur but it didn't go too well.

In the case of speedlines, make them just thin enough to be visible and you should be fine.
