I've only known about the existence of these shorts, or even these characters at all since last night, but they grew in me really quickly. I'm a fan.
I think people coming here to talk about ponies in the comments is plain disrespectful, and this is coming from a MLP fan. Did I just see one of them go as far as saying "disappointing"? This drawing is amazing regardless of if anyone knows the characters (I wish my coloring skills were that good 
Oh but anyways, I don't wanna spend all this post on that....
I wish these characters had their own full-fledged series, or I'd settle with their own comic. I mean there's the original comics but I mean of THIS reincarnation. For now I'm very happy seeing them go past the adventures in their shorts, even if just through these awesome drawings.
I'm kind of late to the party since I found out these shorts are already a few years old.Β

By the way, at the moment of me posting this comment I already finished reading what's available.
I'm actually reading it a second time to get a couple of details I might have missed.
Along the way it is things like "haha, I see the dragons on the window now and know what that's about". It is a fun ride.
Everything is incredibly cute, too.Β
The flowers on the prince's head are a clever thing here. I noticed they don't always match the emotions he's trying to convey.
Like, he tried to put up a strong front after hearing Pumpkin couldn't fix him, but the flowers were pretty much crying.
Or he'd try to be all like "whatever" in front of Harpy but the flowers would show the widest of smiles, but the flowers would be actually annoyed as well when he was annoyed about his sister's call.
Among other things I've been noticing....
I find it odd though, that it so far started off as the dog's birthday but by the end of this it was the prince's birthday. I'm trying to pinpoint if I missed something somewhere, and the gifts were mostly bones so I don't think he just made it up to cover his own birthday in front of Harpy.
All in all, I'm loving it. If very well I came here looking for Amethyst content, I'm happy with what I found.Β

I know you've probably heard this a million times by now, but I would really love to see the animation become a full blown series. It's a shame nothing is actually going to come of this. The characters (what little we got to see) are immensely entertaining to watch. I really do feel something successful could have been made with the characters and setting you've come up with here.
