Yeah, it felt like they could have done a little more with her, she's still very entertaining. Maybe it was time constraints, or the filmmakers wanted to spend more time on Flynn and Rapunzel?

I agree - great movie. I think Max is one of the greatest characters Disney Studios have ever created in their long career. I also love the way that when the shot gets close up on Rapunzel, you realize she really is just a kid.
