how'd you make so like, shiny and glowy? Im actually trying to learn how to draw electricity because of Max ;0;
this whole thing looks amazing though

I actually looked up a tutorial LOL
even though they used a different program, I just took the base of what they did and messed around on SAI to replicate it
1) Draw out the shape of lightning with white
2) Add all those extra lines of white sparks.
Now what they did after was select the white and add a glow effect-- which I can't do so I just selected my white, on a new layer fill it with a light blue and made that bigger (below white layer) and then blurred it out.
Then I added some white glow above the lightning layer ^^
