This really reminds me of how much I kinda wanted to jump back onto Maplestory, just so I could make a Tsux character, and then disappear from the face of Maple Island right after I made my mark.

Ahh come now, even with multiple comments that come my way, I still appreciate the long ones we have together.
It's a good break from the occasional, "Can you draw X?" or "Is that character a girl?". As random as those can be too, I just feel like it's rude to not reply to messages, especially when some folks take a bit of time to make very thoughtful ones.
I had a chance once, with this event where you could get a free Hair Coupon for a new character-- but I was too lazy-n-confused to get it done, and plan where to get the right haircut. (I can't memorize where all the specific hairstyles are.)
I always liked hanging around the lower half of Ossyria-- so, like, Korean Folk Town, Herb Town, and maybe Mu Lung.
Even if I couldn't kill half the enemies, I just liked their countryside feel.
Also, totally random, have you ever heard of the story of Bob the Snail who lives in Ant Tunnel?
I remember a silly video about him on Youtube ages ago, but it was really surprising that I was actually able to find him with my brother once. ( ' O');

Ah really? I guess when I do look through other comments to avoid repeating the same point that someone else could have possibly made, I rarely do find that happening haha. Your art for me (not all, but regularly) invokes thought process and me just breaking down all the lil hints you've scattered-- or what you intended on the picture. Most of the time (and with my own art) I just throw on whatever looks nice haha :'D
And I feel the same! I personally feel like it's rude to not reply to comments, regardless of how short because they still took their time to click on your deviation and write something down haha ; v;/
Ohhh, that sounds like all my Maple experiences "I don't really know so uh, okay ;;" and with all the hairstyle things, I had a guide thankfully-- only GETTING to certain places was a no-no //cough, Showa Town at level 25-- we had my lvl 70 friend teleport us ; o;
Ohgosh, I loved Korean Folk Town! Especially because the place was actually a giant story book theme, full of mythology and it looked so nice being all rural <3 (When I quit the game, KFT had been taken out from the game, noooo, I think they've re-added but as a small event map??? idk :c)
Though my favourite places were still Ludibrium and El Nath. I actually never went Herb Town and Mu Lung because I had no need to go sadly. But I do enjoy a good game of Hide and Seek with my siblings in those maps haha :'D (And the only time I did go there was to fight Kru pirates or the Pirate PQ).
And yes, hanging around dangerous areas but you liked the map was always what I did ; v;/
Ohgosh, I actually did here about it. I don't know the details but I DO KNOW that Bob the snail in fact, exists to my surprise, on my friend's private server, I stumbled across a hidden map and found the lil guy. And you found the legendary snail?? Ohmy. I'm quite sad that Bob seems to have disappeared from the face of Victoria Island though.

According to my brother, who still plays every so often, they seemed to have put back Korean Folk Town. They had previously removed it for revamping reasons, but it also seems like they removed some things here-n-there. So that's kinda saddening too.
There's just something about hanging around monsters 100x your level that's kinda fun, no?
It's like an adventure of it's own-- though it's mostly just trying not to die.
They removed Bob too, some long time ago, from what I've heard.
When we did find him, I could have sworn he cloned my EOS Tower Scrolls from my storage, because I noticed the amount was surely different. I think that was a part of his lore that he would multiply an item of yours-- it's been so long since I can recall correctly...!

Also, they've taken down Omega Sector-- the opposite of KFT in my head and I absolutely loved the place, the music and area was a personal favourite haha. Ahwell ;;
OHgosh, that was my favourite thing to do- me and my sister were only lvl 70s and we tried to climb El Nath mountain and get to the mines for fun haha-- it didn't last very long but it was totally worth ; v;
That's just the super enjoyable "GOTTA BE CAREFUL, DON'T FALL" moments-- and exploring!
Ahyes, I'm 100% sure they removed Bob. Which is saddening as he came about thanks to player-made lore. Ohoho, I'm no sure if Bob did anything, from what I heard is that his only purpose was to fulfill the quest for Pia or Jay, I don't remember but one of the Henesys NPCs.
That game was once upon a time so mystical and fun to play~
