honestly I didn't think about his talent seriously ^^"
he is my mascot so He is a law student like me

so I design his cutiemark with a book( a Code such as Criminal Code )  and a Hammer of justice  
I want to relate with the Law enforce , like a hammer force you to do every thing by the book(I mean by the Law),
and  that what I can design for it lol  
 

and I have a theme

if LawyResearch is an attorney   who protect innosent people 's right
   LawyShadow is a prosecutor    who make a criminal be punished

so  Kos  is a  Law Enforcer(like a police)   who act for enforce the law

Well, I'm guessing crime isn't really a problem in Equestria, so there probably aren't many judges either At least you have 3/4s of the law then
