I did a variant cover for the awesome comic "UNDERTOW" by Artyom Trakhanov and Steve Orlando - a crazy tale of atlantean explorers navigating the wilderness of the SURFACE WORLD (and other stuff too)! Out February 19th!

I've been finding that when you're drawing someone in extreme distress, making their eyes point different directions is a hilarious way to reinforce that

...already had this on my pull list for February after seeing a couple preview pages a while back, now i will have to make sure to call in the variant code...! This cover is epic... i am nearly speechless... absolutely loving the effect of white highlights in the foreground...

...btw, your cover turned out brilliantly when it hit the shelves - the interior art & coloring complimented it exquisitely - has that bandes dessinées feel, while the storytelling is what i have come to expect from Image...
