Thanks so much! I just looked at images of mountain scenes, but mainly it was achieved using a little bit of repetition, using similar shapes of trees then duplicating layers to add more depth, then using layers in between to create mist and fade, then I messed with the colour in photoshop until I was happy with it, I hope that helps!
