Overview: Other than being the daughter to Bai Tza; Mei Kai is known to be charming, seductive and manipulative witch for seducing and turning loved ones against each other.

Details: The idea of drawing Mei Kai came from a deviantart artist, who design the artwork involved of Bai Tza's daughter, who has Starfire's looks and hair in her younger mermaid-like. She's quite attractive and beautiful witch for me to inspire and draw it out.

Rather than using Starfire's hair and appearance, I wanted to make it different and much more sexy witch, which I came across to Sui Feng from Bleach. The looks and attire fits what I was looking for. I draw the hairstyle similar as Sui Feng's short curly yet spiky hair, mixing with six long tentacles-like hair for fighting and engaging her enemies. And interesting for her attire, while it's still from the Bleach's designs, the bra comes from Princess Jasmine's Red Outfit for making her beautiful, sexy and attractive witch.

What is interesting about her is that she has exotic yet incest relationship with Drago. Inspired by Shendu and Bai Tza interaction, I decided to make them both loving each other a lot, rather than hating each other. Kinda like Joker and Harley or Shishio and Yumi as both of them have evil yet toxic love for each other. Freaky and creepy.

'Mei' means 'beauty' from Chinese while 'Kai' means 'sea' from Japanese Words.

Personality: Mei Kai is charming and seductive witch, who enjoyed manipulating and turning loved ones against each other for both missions and entertainment. She is also intelligent yet cunning and sly. She is quite a skilled actress especially possessing shape-shifting ability. While she is indeed sinister and aggressive demon, she display sincere, kindness and caring towards her own family, and also has good relationship with them especially Hak Xing, Drago, Black Yue/Nyx and her mother. Like her mother, she is pragmatic and committed demon, who will do whatever it takes to complete her mission and make her mother proud. Despite being cousins, Drago and Mei Kai has close and romantic relationship.

Jellyfish Sting: Mei Kai's special ability to strike and weakened her enemies' abilities and attacks. She can even paralyzed her enemies from moving around.

Poison Bubbles: Mei Kai can summon and launched her poisonous bubbles-like for blocking and disabling her enemies' movements and sensors for the moment.

Hydro Beam: One of Mei Kai's powerful attacks that unleash full powerful beams in attacking and destroying her enemies at once.

Dragoon Tsunami: One of Mei Kai's powerful attacks for unleashing the tsunami-like attacks in swallowing and destroying both numbers and sizes of her enemy targets and city blocks. She can even create numbers of tornados-like to attack her enemies.
