Overview: Ben Tennyson or Ben 10 has not only used and mastered the Omnitrix's function and powers, but also other devices such as the fusion watch-like Fusiontrix and superhero's transforming device Ultra Belt. He has fully matured and reached his potential of being a courageous, determined and powerful yet still kind and humble hero as Ultra Ben.

Details: Here it is! The Superhero and Final Form of Ben Tennyson a.k.a. Ultra Ben. That's right, folks. The design of Ultra Ben is here! Yeah. I finally decided to design the final form.

Ever since the appearance of Ultra Ben from Ben 10 Original Series, I became inspired yet intrigued the idea of having Ben wearing that superhero suit, rather than just turning and being various kind of superhero aliens. Other than Ultra Ben from OS, I took some inspiration and ideas from Kamen Rider Kuuga & even Chrono Spanner from Omniverse (even though I'm still annoyed of the mess he made). By combining and fusing three arts together as one, I make him into a strong and humble superhero. I added some intriguing devices and accessories to put in such as shoulder pads, thigh pads and some devices like advanced Omnitrix, Fusiontrix and Ultra Belt. I removed the cape because it doesn't suit him well, so I replaced it with white scarfs. I added the background behind the character is greenish background with comic style to show his final form. Man, he looks very cool and awesome.

Personality: A now heroic and good-natured teenager is mature, responsible and sensible after his previous adventures. However, he can be arrogant, overconfident and egotistical if he gained too much of attention and favors from the crowd, or even believed that the fight will be easy or seeing himself as worthy hero. Nevertheless, he is compassionate and kindhearted hero, as well as being selfless hero to sacrifice anything and even his own life to save and protect others. When things gets tougher, he take this personally and seriousness, and even taking extreme measure to accomplish it.

Equipment:
A) Ultra Helmet: Ultra Ben's Helmet provided some functions such as his visor is capable of binocular, infra-red, night vision, scanner, calculation and even data analysis while his spiked-like ears served as commlink between him and his allies.

B) Omnitrix: Ben's primary device that served as not only a tool for peace, but also can be used as Superhero by turning the watch's dial and become any kind of aliens. Other than the transformation, it has other functions and advantages as well.
- Active Mode: Allowed the user to transform and turn into any Alien he wants to use. The time limit of usage is 10 minutes. He can also change from one to another alien, though it will deplete the watch's energy rather than time limit. The color is in green.
- Recharge Mode: When the Omnitrix timed out, it turned the alien back to user's original form and entered the Recharged Mode for 5 minutes. Recharge Mode's main purpose is to prevent the alien DNA from attaching permanently to its host. The Omnitrix can instantly recharge to protect the user from a direct physical threat. The color is red.
- Scan/Capture Mode: When a new DNA sample has been unlocked from the Codon Stream, or when the Omnitrix captures new DNA not present in the Codon Stream, Capture Mode is activated. It can also reclaim lost or removed alien DNA that was in the Codon Stream. The color is yellow.
- Heal Mode: Whenever the host is badly injured, the Omnitrix will activate to heal his bruises and wounds but will deplete its energy source. It even can helped healing the aliens' damaged DNAs. Warning: it might not fully healed his body. The color is blue.
- Ultimate Mode: Once twist and slam the Omnitrix's Dial, it will activate and evolve any alien into a more advanced and strong forms. Its color is dark green.
- Self-Destruction Mode: The Omnitrix charges energy while counting down until it explodes. S.D.M. functions as a last resort should the Omnitrix fall into the wrong hands. It can be activated by Voice Command. The color is orange.
- Fusion Mode: Once Fusiontrix activated, it will work together with the Omnitrix for Ben to use two or more aliens to combine and fuse to form a fused alien form. The color is turquoise.

C) Fusiontrix: Fusiontrix is new watch-like device that allowed and served Ben to use and fuse together with Omnitrix to combine with two or more aliens to fuse and form a new alien. The Fusiontrix also helped the user to use and fuse with alien powers when he's in normal or original mode, despite the Omnitrix is in Recharge Mode. Like its primary device, it has time limits of 10 minutes and also energy depletion if the user turn and change aliens to form new one. This can only work if it works together with Omnitrix.

D) Ultra Belt: An Ultra Belt served as the device that helped and allowed Ben to transform into Ultra Ben when Omnitrix and Fusiontrix are either malfunction or even in Recharge Mode. The suit increased and enhanced the user's strength, speed, agility and ability. It almost made him a superhuman. Whenever the user returned to its original form from alien form, the Ultra Ben suit does not get destroyed easily.
- Normal Mode (Normal Color): A default form of Ultra Ben, who has the enhanced strength, speed, agility and ability for fighting and dealing with the enemies.
- Strength Mode (Red Color): A red-colored form of Ultra Ben that has enhanced super strength and prowess while decreased his speed and agility. His weapon is Elemental Battle Gloves that can be powered up from Water, Earth, Fire and Air.
- Speed Mode (Blue Color): A blue-colored form of Ultra Ben that has enhanced speed and agility while decreased his strength and prowess. He is armed with a metallic spear-like called Dragon Spear.
- Armor Mode (Purple Color): A purple-colored form of Ultra Ben that activate and formed a strong durable and impenetrable armored warrior, who is armed with a new improved and less powerful weapon called Ascalon, and also the energy shield.
- Marksman Mode (Yellow Color): A yellow-colored form of Ultra Ben that has enhanced and effective sights and hearing, and also has good accuracy of aiming and sniping down his enemies. He is armed with Sniping Buster-X.
- Super Mode (Dark Normal Color with Bright Aura): A final and stronger form of Ultra Ben, who now possess more enhanced strength, speed, agility and ability for fighting and dealing with the enemies.

E) Jet Boosters: Ultra Ben's boots can be activated and used for lifting off and fly over.
