This feature is only available in the two piece swimsuit. One and zero piece swimsuit are lacking this ability
I kind of wanted to do this for quite a while since it's quite a simple action and won't take a lot of effort. Right?
Well, I used the chance to see if i can blend some tweening tricks with some frame by frame stuff. I am quite pleased with the results. It's a lot easier to keep things non-static with some light tweening, but it does end up feeling kind of... plastic. Guess that's why it's called the plastic tool...

But that finger stretches out for like, one frame, when she lets go, and it looks pretty weird. Again, awesome otherwise!
