Chibi Dil looked at him smugly. "See, I can be cute."
Ichty stared back at her, shocked "Wha-? What happened?"
"I got chibified. Isn't it great?" she beamed, thrilled.
"But, but. . . how are you going to hunt for food like that, you're tiny!"
The chibi deinosuchus just smiled and opened her eyes, if possible, even wider.
"Dil, what're you-?" He broke off, suddenly finding her irresistably cute. A smile appeared on his beak and he cooed, "Well aren't you the cutest little croccy-woccy?", scratching her chin with black flight feathers.
Chibi Dil smirked at "croccy-woccy" and let him continue for a few more seconds before breaking eye contact. Ichty blinked and shook his head as if coming out of a trance. Suddenly realising what he was doing, he snatched his wing away. "Good technique," he admitted, slightly abashed.
She smiled and nodded. "See, we're sorted. Now, let's go find something to eat, I'm starving." She moved away.
The ichthyornis stared at his flight feathers as if they were someone else then mumbled "Yeah, coming," and quickly followed after her.

I just wanted to draw Chibi Dil and thought it would be funny if Ichty was still normal.
