1. That there is a vacuum rail collapsible reverse rifle. Basically all the barrels collapse into that big barrel for easy transport and concealment. There is a hollow vacuum space between the collapsed barrels and the big one where three large fifty caliber  bullets are stored. Those bullets are kept going at high speeds at all time due to a basic encircling rail system. They key to this weapon's functionality is the vacuum. It minimizes the friction allowing the bullets to maintain their high velocity with minimal energy. Allowing them to stay ready for hours maybe even days. When ready to fire, the trigger is pulled which causes one bullet to be redirected in a sort of funnel towards the barrel proper when it reaches a certain point a small charge in the bullet is ignited to shove it through the barrel without losing much of the energy it already had.

The result is a three shot fifty caliber rifle with next to no kickback that can be carried concealed on a person taking about the same size as a pistol.

3. This marks the only time I've copied and pasted. Problem was my hand drawings were unable to convey that it is an inanimate object as I realized some people might get the wrong idea. The Octipunk is no more animate then Octi. Brat just waged a psychological war against the Oppressor giving him a deep fear of that doll.

10. I know, I know, not the greatest form to use DC terminology. But I seriously culdn't just have them refer to the regular world as 'real' or 'regular' or any of the other terms that have been using.

11-12. And thats why she didn't have her ribbons on. The Oppressor souped it up so he could use it to spy on them and so it was taken from her and placed in a box.

My method for deciding what in the show was 'canonical' and what was just fluff, jokes or cartoon antics requires I dismiss any power, resource or ability that isn't either used repeatably or essential to an episode's plot. This includes Blossom's bomb bow. But I'll still admit that was the major inspiration for mechanizing Berserk's ribbon. Because it was a good idea even if by principle I have to dismiss it.

But Butch and Boomer's special attacked were only used in one episode.

Unfortunately With some things like the Rowdyruff Boys, there is just too small a sample size and I have to make judgement calls based purely on how it fits into the narratives. For instance, the Rowdyruff Boys were only in two fights, and the first one almost doesn't count as they underwent a complete redesign. At least at the individual level. Those being special powers fits extremely well into the narrative and they have one minor thing going for them which is the fight they were used in was very short and the Powerpuff Girls didn't used any filler powers in it themselves. Filler powers are rarely used in short fights as the canon powers can usually suffice.
