For what is dA webcam, you could check my profile for an example.
If you go to your own profile page, on the right upper corner you would see the button of "Edit Page", go in there, see All feature that available, look for webcam, install it, then copypaste the link of the picture you wanna put in there.

It's a place to put whatever picture from the web to be shown in the Profile Page (of course, cause I'm intent to yours, and I know you it will be perfect polite if I ask your permission first, beside..... I'll sent you a note okay!)
