As a stationary defense, maybe. Until you run out of mg rounds, that is. The main gun would be next to worthless imo. Still a great piece of art though.

Not really, this thing would have MASSIVE fuel consumption, not the mention you need some heavy equipment to maintain it.
Still looks cool though.
