Simple bento I made with leftovers from an end-of-year banquet. There was a lot of food left, so I grabbed a bunch of it, got parmesan cheese, lasagne, salad dressing, and a huuuge tub of red pepper flakes.spinach lasagne with hot red pepper flakes

How can you preserve your bento box's form when you put it inside of a childs bag and suddenly upon opening it during lunch period... It get's messed up. How can you prevent it from turning into some kind of salad?

you just pack the food in tightly (and make sure that it goes into the bag right side up). bento boxes tend to be small, because the expectation is that you put everything in very carefully with no gaps. bentos of this size are actually too much for me to eat at once, i usually have half at lunch and half as an afternoon snack.
