Here is wand no. 108, commissioned by Mara G. for Erik H. This is the first Elm wand I've made, and I really really like it. The golden brown color combined with the beautiful grain makes it my favorite wood so far. This wand's design is organic, with the handle made to look like the bark layer of a branch that spirals away as it reveals the wood beneath it. The texture of the handle was done with palm gouges.
