Description
Second in the 'Care Mares' series I'm creating, here's Wish Bear's best mate Cheer Bear as 'Radiant Cheer'! Now, just a note here, Radiant Cheer is based on the NELVANA version of Cheer Bear, hence the four colours in her rainbow symbol.
Very much inspired by Pinkie Pie, since her and Cheer have very similar personalities, I felt an Earth pony and wild mane style like this suited cheerleader Cheer Bear pretty well.
