Description
Agent Willow is a Confederation of Colonies Whisper model android tasked with dangerous and suicidal missions that humans can not physically or mentally achieve.

In her holster is a Static Gun, a handgun that has several counter spinning rotars that generate heat and electricity. When the trigger is pulled all the built up static is fired out to create what appears to be a artificial lighting bolt, prompting some soldiers to inaccurately call it the Lightning Gun.

In her hand is a Whistle Blade. On its own, the blade is no more effective at slashing as a kitchen knife poking the heavy alloys of a tank. But when activated, the micro vibrators running throughout the length of the blade allows the metal to cut through solid objects not through sharpness, but by the disturbed particle solids being disrupted and liquified.
