Ooh... this is really profound, I have to say. =/

I do feel as if the lighting works very well with the monotone, especially in conveying the atmosphere and mood, but also the feelings and thoughts of the people as well. It's intriguing how you've managed to capture the family, and yet it also feels surreal... as if we were missing a few people because of some reason or other.

I like the way you've framed and positioned the camera here. The execution is awesome and... yeah, poignant piece indeed.
