I've been kicking myself for not getting around sooner to commenting on these babes... because jfc Prax I'm a huge bobcat and lynx fan and I can't believe I have a friend who got to be around these darlings and take these kinds of photos of them!

Bobcats tie with snakes as my favorite critters. Lynx are neat too, and BIG, with HUGE, adorable paws. And that fur! So fluffy!
I was very fortunate to have worked with them for the year that I did. My role was mostly to get them introduced to their new home since their rescuer didn't have the time to transition them, herself. I gravitated towards Devon for some reason. He was so broody, and his trust was not easily earned...but once you did, he'd let you do stuff like this (get close when he was sleeping, mess with his paws, scratch his butt, pick him up, etc...).

Can totally relate there; I have a fondness for snakes and reptiles myself, and of course these silly fluffy kitties.
What an incredible experience you had. I'm so sorry to learn you couldn't keep it going but I can imagine it was wonderful and helped those sweeties so much. n_n
