Description
One of the landing gear situated around the underside of the ship intended to support the weight of the entire ship when landed. Each landing gear is as large as a bus in length and can adjust it's height and angle from the ship's underside to soot the shape of the terrain and can adjust for the stability of the ground under each foot in case one foot lands on soft ground. When in orbit each landing gear "foot" retracts into the ship's hull to minimise damage and to ensure it is out of the way before displacement warping to another part of apace or the legs will be cut off by the flow of subspace over the perimeter of the skirt.

The underside of the "foot" can magnetise when landing on metallic surfaces and even employ organic adhesive to stick to the ground under it if the ship is expecting to be subjected to extreme weather that would normally overturn the entire mothership.
