Sangheili anatomy:

We all know what the males look like but we can only guess what the females look like. This is my theory on what a female Sangheili looks like.

Female Sangheili can come in different sizes, some even being taller than the males reaching a massive hight of 8 to 9 feet tall. The Average hight for a female is about 6. Males average hight is about 7.
When it comes to attraction the females have the most features, with all kinds of skin patterns and colours. Unlike the Males I think the females have hair for the reason of attraction. I think their hair is a lot thicker than Human hair and has a fur like texture. I also think their hair comes in a verity of colours and patterns, making them even more attractive.

Lets talk about how they breed. Sangheili are reptilian in nature but that doesn't mean they are big lizards.
Sangheili give birth, not lay eggs, meaning the females have wider hips than the males. Knowing that you'd think they have breasts. Though it has not yet been proven if they do or don't, I think they don't. I think when they give birth the babies already has teeth, meaning they can eat solids right off the bat and theres no need for breast feeding. And besides think about how painful that would be for the mother. Now stop thinking about it, I can see what you're thinking.

As for their physical abilities, females are a lot lighter than the males, making them very agile and deadly in close combat.
In fact now this have been proven they are a lot more deadly than the males, relying more on animal instinct when thing get really messy.
