Sorry it's been a while (checks last upload), OK wow! almost 3 months...
Let's just say life has been creating a lot of distractions lately
But excuses aside, I have here everyone's second favorite water gym leader, joining team Aqua (after finding out she's pregnant with twins)
I want to make a sequel to this idea, maybe something with some basic animation? (which I wanted to do with this pic, but I was already taking so long to uploads something)
