I'm happy that you like the colors.
In fact for coloring, it is very simple.
By Photoshop
step1 Make a plain color by Paint bucket tool.
Step2 Use Gradient tool to make shade with nearly plain color that u made in step1.
Anyway, the most important thing is choosing good color tone.
