He gave me the crownStolen from the Buger King table
He said "It's yours now
you're the Queen of my world"
I gave him the smile
saved only for him
At home the crown sat on my desk
For weeks
When my hair was a mess
I'd put it on for a moment
And he'd wisper he loved me best
And I would smile
Well the other day
I went to my much older loves apartment
Just to say "hey"
To my surprise
He had another Queen, what could i say?
There were no smiles
"Your Queen, eh?
Where's my crown now?"
I went home and set it on fire.
I went a little postal and sent him the ashes...wow.
