It is adorable, but may I suggest that it's blinking much too often?
I know animation is hard, but I must say that the stomping feet is a little stiff.
Again, it is still good, and as adorable as ever.

I did the blinking on purpose ^^
and this isn't made to effortly animated, I'm just xperimenting with the transform tool
