Gotta just love Rukia. I love how softly you colored everything, and it goes well with Rukia's easy-going smile. I also love the blossoms flowing in the background. This is a wonderful work of art!

Looks cute! I love the way you colored her eyes and her hair, both done amazingly well The sakura tree and butterfly are really nice too Although I think her hair on the right should be a little longer.. apart from that really good work

i like it, but i think you should work on it a little bit more. here's a few things i would like to see changed,

the outline of the hair is a little square, should be very round...
i would suggest having the girl lower and further to the right so the person isn't forced to look at her face.
less lines around her eyes because it suggests shes tired...

i also dont tihnk the black (butterfuly is it) on the top right, because its stealing attention from her face,
many more strands of hair... ( but this is optional )
some more colour veriations on the falling leaves.. ( or petals ) Also perhaps some transparency on them. ( to show they are interacting with the image better )

apart from those, i like the image. would love it if those changes were made, though its all up to you. enjoy!
