Can you help me? Wich is the best vis-option for renders with emissive/materials or artificial lights?

What do you mean by "best option"? Best render engine? Best setup?...

vray options (global switches, GI, indirect illumination, ecc...)...I've got a problem when i use emissive materials like artificial lights (with no GI), render becomes strange..and i don't know why! Sorry if my question is complicated! I'm not so good!

Hmm, i don't use emissive materials, mostly because they take ages to render properly, and if they don't that means your render settings are too low for them and you'll get spots, dots and all kind of unneeded artifacts. What i do is just use a vraylightmtl with very low intensity, so that it will look like its glowing but it will have no real effect on the scene, and mask the rest with a invisible vraylight or sthng. The rest, usually, is PS.
